I am a designated "Senior Real Estate Specialist". I am a senior, myself. The Palm Springs area offers 55+ gated communities of single-family residences and condos. Here is your microcosm of LGBTQ+ residents, with over 60% in Palm Springs alone. There is something for everyone: pickleball courts, golf, tennis, hiking the local mountains, Physical fitness and aquatic facilities, cultural events weekly, and a cuisine of restaurants. I have lived here for over 15 years, and I love it! I look forward to smiling when I say, "Welcome Home."
