Mark is a native North Carolinian from the Appalachian Mountains. He was born with a passion for architecture and design. North Carolina is filled with a diversity of "homes styles" and "life styles", from the Blue Ridge Mountains to the eastern Atlantic shores. Mark has taken several interior design courses and has been involved in many home renovations and interior projects that include room planning, fabrication/ installation, staging, furniture placement, lighting and general design concept consultation.

In his first year of real estate, he was Rookie of the Year for top sales. For 2007, Mark was top sales agent in the South Charlotte Keller Williams office. Today, Mark's proud to say that he ranks in the top 5% of producing agents, locally and nationally. He manages about 50 transactions a year and balances a buyer and seller inventory. He's looked upon for his knowledge of The Queen City and targeting neighborhoods that his clients feel comfortable calling home.
